I like comedies and romantic flicks. Besides new releases, what else do you think I should include? I don’t really like action nor horror or mystery films. No kiddie movies either.

Say anything, chasing amy, clerks, the breakfast club, (I am surprised how many people have not seen this film), Weird science, You got mail, Sabrina (audrey hep version), roman holiday, Mistic Pizza, Moonstruck, True lies A++++, Cat on a hot tin roof, pride and prej--- any jane austin, If you can any bollywood is worth a look at, at least once, you might surprise yourself, A ROOM WITH A VIEW *Oooohhhmygod * is a must, if you have seen over 5 years ago look again, bachelor party with Tom hanks, blazing saddles (we don't need no stinking badges) the princess bride (as you wish!!!) .........I could go on all night!!!

I am Sam with Michelle Phiefer is awesome also What Dreams May Come with Robin Williams is a timeless piece of work. It is not a comedy it is kinda a romance drama. It is old so I dont know if netflix will have it but check into it.

There are alot of good romantic movies out there, but if you want one a little out of the ordinary, and with comedy thrown in the mix...try A Life Less Ordinary...Cameron Diaz and Ewen McGregor

i dont know if you are into g-rated movies but I liked Hoodwinked that was a cute comedy. Date movie was pretty funny. The perfect man was a cute romantic chic flic. www.reel.com is a website that has all movies like new releases and what is going to come out soon. check it out!

Shallow Hal is funny and a romantic flick. And Jack Black is hilarious. While You Were Sleeping is another good romantic movie.

Green Card
The story of two people who got married, met, and then fell in love. Gerard Depardieu and Andie MacDowell sizzle in this comedy/drama. The end is just pure emotion.

He was young, handsome, a millionaire - and he'd just pulled off the perfect crime! She was young, beautiful, a super sleuth - sent to investigate it! Steve McQueen and Faye Dumaway...red hot. The chess scene is one of the greatest erotic moments in film today.
Fall (1997)
Two people from completely different worlds meet by chance, thrown together as if by fate. Their attraction is immediately obvious and overwhelming. He is attracted to her beauty (she is a supermodel) and good humor; she is seduced by his charisma and honesty. And even if she is, will she able to leave the cosmopolitan, superficial lifestyle to be with him? One of my favorite love stories of all time. The ending is just unbearably powerful...the music unreal.
Epsilon (1997) aka Alien Visitor
man and woman meet...they cannot possibly be more different...and the journey they take as they slowlyfind common ground and recognize the power between them is heartbreakingly sweet. Again...an all time favourite.
Waking the Dead (2000)
Fielding Pierce lives the life of an aspiring politician - in 1972 he's serving in the Coast Guard (trying to avoid Vietnam in the most honorable way), and by 1973 he has entered law school. Along the way he falls in love with Sarah, a fiercely idealistic woman who devotes her life to helping others then loses her- Nine years later, in the middle of a congressional election, Fielding is suddenly flooded with thoughts and visions of his lost love.
Jennifer Conelly is just unbelievable in the role of Jenny. You willunderstand why she ended up winning the oscar a few years later. Smoking!
Lost Horizon (1937)
A plane crash delivers a group of people to the secluded land of Shangri-La -- but is it the miraculous utopia it appears to be?
Ronald Coman and Jane Wyatt as star crossed lovers and this love story is one of the sweetest heart-filled romances of all time.
Beautiful movie. They will never make movies like this again.
Here Comes Mr. Jordan (1941)
Boxer Joe Pendleton, flying to his next fight, crashes...because a Heavenly Messenger, new on the job, snatched Joe's spirit prematurely from his body. Before the matter can be rectified, Joe's body is cremated; so the celestial Mr. Jordan grants him the use of the body of wealthy Bruce Farnsworth, who's just been murdered by his wife. Joe tries to remake Farnsworth's unworthy life in his own clean-cut image, but then falls in love.
Caught this on cable for the first time...a few weeks ago...could not believe my eyes. Have watched it three times since. Don't know what to say...these old time romances hit me hard...and I just love the ending...enjoy.
