How much smaller is this bikini than your regular size? And just how fast is "FAST"? And why do you *need* to fit into this particular bikini?
If you're not fat, then you're probably like most average women: healthy, but don't look like Kate Moss. There is no secret weight loss method that will allow you to trim down fast *in a healthy manner.* If you're talking about losing 5 lbs., you can do this in a week by cutting back to 1200 calories a day, eating foods low in sodium, and drinking lots of water. (By "lots" I mean no less than 48 ounces on top of whatever else you drink.) Most of what you'll lose is water weight, which seems counter-intuitive since you'll most likely be increasing your water intake. This can be easily explained by what I refer to as the camel conundrum.
A camel stores water so it can go days and days without *needing* to drink water. The human body works in a similar manner. If we don't drink enough water, then our bodies think we're not going to get more in the future and will start sucking out and storing all of the water that can be had from the foods we eat and what few beverages we drink. Combine this with the typical diet that's high in sodium (look at the labels on the packaged foods you eat...it's shocking) which makes you retain water, and your body effectively turns into a sponge that won't wring out. Hence the inability to drop weight easily. So, drink more water everyday and your body will get the message that it won't be deprived any longer...and voila! you'll be peeing like crazy and losing weight as a result.
Now, back to my question. Why do you *need* to fit into this particular bikini? Why not get a different bathing suit that fits your body type/weight as it is? I'm sure there are plenty of cute options out there. It's far more important and healthy to focus on accepting yourself as you are than trying to shrink yourself to fit an image that may not even be possible for you. I've seen body image and self-image get blurred so many times by so many young ladies...and the results can be tragic.
If you wish to lose weight, there's nothing wrong with that. Just give yourself the grace to do it slowly and in a healthy manner. You're worth the time and effort. And the result will be far more meaningful because you will have earned it.

Well you can exercise and eat healthier, or be like all the celebrities that were OK and go bulimic or anorexic on everyone... or do some drugs that make you loose your appitite like Hillary Duff, which I should say is a very fugly horrible actress/singer. Jeez girls have probs.
And why don't you want guys answering this Q? We can help sometimes.
My opinion, leave yourself as you are. You said you're not fat(with alot of "!!!!!!!!") , you should be ok.

Lots of water and toning excersizes. If you only need to loose a few pounds the water should do wonders... There's a few diets like the cabbage soup diet that will help you loose 5-10 lbs pretty quickly.
Whatever you do, don't starve or dehydrate your body. It could have very bad, long term effects.

You could try getting a body wrap at a salon. I think it just gets rid of your water weight and improves the appearance of your skin. Otherwise nothing works better than diet and exercise. Tan skin can also give off the illusion of being more slender.

eat small portions make sure you eat breakfast it starts yur metabolism think of it like this you eat something small for breakfast which starts yur stomach with digesting food and choppin it all up as if it was like a fan then eat something healthy like a salad for lunch and then eat dinner anything in small portions is fine and if you eat early enough since you ate breakfast everything in your stomach will be digested before you go to sleep but if you dont eat breakfast you're not turnin the chopper upper on so you're not allowing it to be digesting inbetween breakfast and lucnh so more food will sit in your stomach.

nothing is instant - i have lost some weight recently and I did it with better eating and exercise. everyone wants a quick fix - but truth is unless you got the bucks to get tummy tucks and all that - eating and exercise are your way! if you are unsure what to eat, ask a dietician or nutrionist! good luck!

learn to love yourself, there are some things we can not change
accept that clothing manufacturers make clothes for the "average" & not for real womens!
get a Shape magazine - good info & good exercises to do
