Your graphics card might not be fully compatible to play the game thus causing you to have problems with the game. You can buy a more compatible and better graphics card. You might also wanna try updating your graphic cards drivers. Do you have a dell, if so go to the dell support and you can find driver updates there for your specific computer, if not then you can go to the intel webpage and find your graphics card, search for driver updates. Also, you can find this file online and it most websites that have it will tell you on what folder you should put it in, usually on your system32 folder.

See that your graphics card meets the game requirements.

If it does, you may simply need to update your driver. That would be available through the manufacturer's website. Look for "Service and Support" or something like it.

I don't know what computer you're on & I couldn't find any reference to the file you mention, but you obviously have a graphics problem---try going to: http://www.ibm.com/
& see if you can update your drivers.
(I know it's frustrating)
