What's the purpose of "I'm feeling lucky"??

Yeah, you can get some funny things on there. For instance, try putting in the word "failure"!

The "I'm feeling lucky" button automatically takes you to the site at the top of the search results list. This saves time and clicks. Try typing in "Google France" or "Google Japan", etc. It will take you to those sites; basically, the language on the Google homepage will appear to change. It's really fun. That's how I use "I'm feeling lucky".

Yeah, I've used it before, most of the time i'm pretty lucky. Try typing in "failure" and push the I'm Feeling Lucky" button. It's hilarious!!

The "I'm Feeling LuckyTM" button automatically takes you to the first web page returned for your query.
An "I'm Feeling Lucky" search means less time searching for web pages and more time looking at them.
