My husband is coming home for R&R (he's stationed in Afghanistan) in September and I want to have this all taken care of! Oh, I'm also breastfeeding. Thanks!

The depo shot I used it for 8years and did not get pregnant it didn't hurt.

Do Not depend on breast feeding, if you are unsure of using chemicals ie birth control pills use condoms and spermacide. Talk to you ob/gyn about what to use. Have a happy reunion.

You should be cool with breastfeeding. That natures birth control. But who knows if you still are in sept.

You should just use a condom until you are done breast feeding. after that just go get on the pill. I take Tri-levlen. Its a mild high dose with no weird side effects like dark spots or weight gain.

The best birth control is always abstinence. Just don't have sex and there won't be any more little ones being made.
