Can I get a buddy icon without downloading it?

I guess I know what u want. Or maybe not.
You can try this: pick a picture of ur collection, make a copy of that file and rename the copy, changing the extension from .jpg, .bmp or whatever it is to .ico and you will have that picture as an icon.
