Why can't the couple who live above me refrain from having sex for just one night!!!

The last thing on my mind, right before I close my eyes, and go to sleep, is how many hours of sleep I can get, if I fall asleep immediately, before I have to get up, and go to work, the next morning. I usually can get only 3 hours of sleep, or 4 hours at the most, because I spend a ridiculous amount of time, on line.
