there are a ton of other options, but I personally prefer yahoo messenger to all the other crap that weeds its way into your computer.ICQ,msn, (MSN in my opinion is spyware in itself... you are much better off with the windows messenger that comes along with XP) do an internet search for "instant messenger" and you will find all sorts of them. But like I said before.. I DONT reccommend it.
