It really does pay to pay attn to consumer bet products etc and to people like Clark Howard who gives advice tips on best products on the market. In the future research before you buy--have you tried returning it-usually esp.if major store can return with sales receipt...Instead of just being mad see what your rights as a consumer are and just in case you are stuck-sell on EBay maybe someone out there will like it.
