Yes. Because then when things go bad, you can think, well I could always be living in LA. lol.

The sun and the climate is a big attraction to folks in cold climates.
I suppose the 10 million people who live in that county feel they have some use?
LA has water, Sparkletts has a natural artesian water source in LA; natural spring water.
It is the home of several leadingFortune 500 compaies.
What orifice do you get your information from?

I've spent most of my life in LA. A good analogy would be a cancerous tumor. It grows larger and sends off parts of itself to infect the 11 western states to make them just like it.

No smoking laws and $3 coffee spread across the land until they run up against the Prairie. Californians won't go there, it's too hard for them.
