They all share a structure on how their country should be run. Predetermined way on how laws are made: democratically or chosen by one monarch or by a party. Predetermined way to chose leaders, whether monarch (no choice), or representatives of the people, or designated people by a select group or by a party, and how long they will govern. Predetermined way to collect money from the people, to decide how much to collect, to decide on how to spend it. Predetermined way to make decisions on foreign policy. Predetermined ways on how to make and implement justice. In other words, all political systems share a structure on how to run their country, however different that structure may be.
