I believe it is when girls at parties wear different colors of lipstick, and then take turns performing oral sex on the guys, leaving a "rainbow" looking effect on his uhmmmm...well, you know. Anyway, this type of party is kind of a myth/urban legend....have looked at some articles/studies/stats on the "teenage sex epidemic" and some of the info out there is misleading! On a side note, if you are going to do this/any sexual contact...always always wear a condom!!!

There is a group Called the Order of the Rainbow - likes scouts or something - I think it may have religious connections. My friend was a Rainbow Girl.
