Well, that is a very difficult question...
But depends of you, if you were in love and for demonstrate your feelings always had been rude...she really could be mad at you and could want some vengeance.
But if you are the shy of the class try to be sweet with her.
Now if she is the sleeping beauty of the class or in other words the madness popular girl and you and you were one of the losers i just can give you a possibility of 1 in 10000000000000000
But don't lose your enthusiasm, be sincere, but don't forget to study your surroundings before you make your first step.

I don't think she will be angry. Is there a way for you to find out if she likes you? If so, I would find that out first. If you decide to just tell her, good luck. I hope you get the answer you are hoping for.

It's doubtful she will get angry. Even if she turns you dows she will most likely be flattered. Girls love knowing they are attractive enough to have gotten your attention.
But if you tell her do it to her face or on the phone. Don't write one of those "check here if you like me..." notes. I always thought those were lame. Girls also like courage in a guy.

No, she won't. She will be pleased that someone likes her. It is possible that she says no to you. But I don't think she'll be angry. And if she is, then you'll know you haven't missed much.
