figure of speech. it does hurt when extremely erect but unless youve taken viagra, the disappointment brings it down. if anyones balls were in pain and hurting then they should not be having sex.

It's not a figure of speech. The balls don't actually turn blue, but they do begin to ache if a man is aroused and things aren't taken care of one way or another.

obviously a figure of speech. blue balls is after a man has ejaculated they want to have sex again... they just want more...

its blue ball bcuz when u suffocate someone they turn blue, blue balls is the horrible feeling like someones squeezing them. yeah it happens, i hate it

ye its true it called prostetic congestion, it occurs when you are aroused clost to an ejaculation but nothing happend and can be relieved by one self. so dont belive the guys who use that line on you just to get sex out of you
