Most people think I am "crazy" when I say this, but my son was on every formula...started with Enfamil Lipil, he threw up big time everytime he ate...switched to Similac Advance, was better for a short time, but started seriously vomitting...tried Isomil Advance...same thing. We switched to Alimentum Advance...same thing. I switched him back to plain Similac(NOT THE ADVANCE), and he never threw up again!!!!!!!!! I think that the DHA and ARA they are putting into formula these days is what makes a lot of babies sick, and I have heard of an ovewhelming number of babies diagnosed with acid reflux(which is what my doc tried to tell me my son had). I really think that stuff is not good for some babies. It is man made, not natural, and there has not been a lot of long term research done on it, other thanthe brain and eye development part(which I am all for, but if all the babies are doing is throwing it up, are they really getting that benefit from it? It can't hurt to try it. I hope you get it all figured out sooner than I did...my son was 9 months before I had the thought that, that was what it could be. Good luck to you!

Okay, I don't know how you KNOW that it isn't colic, because it very much sounds like that. And I'm not sure if maybe your pediatrition told you that it wasn't colic, but don't let him/her fool you: they can't officially diagnose colic nor can they treat it. So, if you're positive that it's not colic, it may be GERD (Gastroesophigal Reflux Disease). Don't be alarmed, it's basically acid refux which also means spitting up. The best way to treat this without medication is to keep your baby upright during feeding and for 30 minutes after feeding. Also, talk this over with your pediatrition first, but try thickening his bottle up with infant cereal- 1-2 teaspoons full. If worse comes to worse and this doesn't work, your pediatrition may want to put him on Zantac.

My daughter was like that and we switched to Isomil Advance (tried all the others, this worked best for us) but we had to add 1 tsp. single grain rice cereal for every ounce of formula to her bottles. It turns out it was acid reflux. After 2 days on this, she stopped! Ask your pediatrician if you can try this.

Also, the powdered formula hurt her more than the concentrate!

Your fears, even as comprehensible given the enormous disinformation campaign that exists using mendacity antivaxxers, are groundless and illogical. The vaccine can not replace her personality. that's a question of negative aspects and advantages. the disadvantages of vaccine are really small. The ailments it prevents carry a much more effective chance. Whooping cough is a thoroughly negative formative years ailment. have you ever considered a baby suffering to respire? forget with reference to the anti-vaxxers above. those human beings may be loving mom and father, yet they are thoroughly uneducated in technology and medicines. They declare to have performed "study" even as in truth all they have "researched" is anti- vaccine propaganda and lies. it truly is undemanding to exhibit. Take Holly above. some days in the past, she claimed the walker study validates Wakefields fraud! those human beings are fully clueless. Edit: No, Holly. You appropriate to an editorial quoting the Walker study. You used it to help your argument. And Pindar likes to lie: "Japan presently banned vaccs for the fewer than 2s and with assistance from a unusual twist of destiny the stats for unexpected infant lack of existence syndrome (SIDS) has fallen dramatically." in truth the study pertains to claims made by the vaccine repayment equipment at a time even as the vaccines were not given. you are able to not make a declare in case you haven't had a vaccine! The SIDS/Japan declare are a sparkling party of merely how dishonest the anti-vaxxers are. Why hear to those those who're transparently mendacity? Why is it extra logical that you need to hear different mom and father really than those who truly comprehend what they are talking about. those parenting guru's are merely idiots who imagine they are really smart because they have study a gaggle of articles on the information superhighway. it truly is not as undemanding as that!

My daughter was on soy even though she spit up almost every bottle she ate, but it was better than the projectile vomit when she was on milk based. Try diluting his bottles, as long as he still gaining weight he'll be okay, if all else fails, ask his doctor.

My son was also like that we switched to a soy formula and that was much better, also try one teaspoon of clear carols corn syrup in his formula....old wives trick but it works.

Are you mixing the formula or using it pre-mixed. If you are mixing it used distilled water not tap water to make it. This may fix the problem.

Ask you pediatrician instead of getting lay opinions . Not every child is alike.
It is better to be safe then sorry.
