When you look at it literally, the implants themselves are real as they are implants and the breasts themselves are fake as breasts don't consist of anything more than breast tissue, which does not include the implant. If things are what they are, an implant is an implant and a breast is a breast.

Its determined on the perspective, or point of view. For example, what is big to you, might not be big to me...lets say you are really short (hypothedicly), and you look at someone that walks by, you would say that person is tall or big. Yet to me (being tall, hypothedicly) that person isnt tall or big. same princables apply to whats real...in the context you used as :if things exist and are real" you are using a phylosophy saying that everything is "real". Yet, when you say "breast implants are fake" you are using a context that implants are fake as to real/natural breasts are real...however, if you applied the first context to the second context the fake implants would still be real, on the count of, it is of existence therefore must be real. So the answer is from the given perspective is no, implants would still be real. Using the applied context in the first sentence.

The syllogism is missing a word "...are breast implants still fake breasts?"
They are not natural breasts, but they exist.

They as a thing are not fake, cause they exist. But as part of your body yes its fake, because its not a natural thing in you, you had them placed inside urself and thats not true, ur not that way.

no, they are quite real, they are fake breast, but they are quite real when you ask are breast implants real.

yes, they are still fake because they are identified as "breast" but they are not, they are just plastic bags filled with normal saline solution.

thats a good way of putting it i never heard anyone put it like that. but to answer your question i would never call them fake. their more like not natural but fake no.
