No, it is normal - i have actually conducted personal research in this area. The nipples are an errogenous zone for men, just as they are for women - and I think for the same reason. They are never touched otherwise. Same for armpits - highly errogenous zone on both men and women - also rarely touched. Those cells haven't felt anything more interesting that a quick swipe with a wash cloth in their day to day life - suddenly they are being tantalized and they come alive.
No surprise at all - perfectly normal. Now you need to think of what other spots on each other's body fits that same description...feet, sides of the torso, etc. Get out your feathers everyone!

Course it is. Loyts of men are turned on by this. Just because your breast is not as big as a woman's, doesn't mena you don't have the same amount of nerve cells in your nipples.
