has anyone actually thought about it?

1- you can not discriminate against sheep
2- it has been changed because of the word BLACK... but isn't rainbow discriminative to gay people? Rainbow is their symbol!

what are your thoughts?

Has political correctness just gone too far?

Never heard "rainbow sheep" in my life. Who changed that? Where'd you come up with this?
And yeah, I definitely have to agree on that rainbow = gay thing. If they wanted to change it to be "politically correct," maybe they should have changed it to plaid, or clear, or keep it true to the SHEEP....."FLUFFY!"
That's gotta be the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, I swear.

The fact still remains that we all are used to the Baa Baa Black Sheep have you any wool.... duh it is not just about the rhyme is it?? It is in over 50% of American house holds, someone considers themselves to be the 'black sheep' of the family.
POLITICAL CORRECTNESS HAS GONE SO FAR THAT IT NEEDS TO BE DROWNED.
I guess they assumed Rainbow would be neutral but it's not and actually what if they changed it to White sheep. How would we feel?? Would we have the right to complain?? No because we are white and these days we are losing our rights.

certain I do. I have acquaintances with little ones of nursery and early familiar college age and they are taught baa baa black sheep. a number of those reports are picked up regrettably through the tabloids who will do some thing to make it look like multi cultural is a nasty word

I have no idea what you're talking about.

I do know, however, that "they say this" or "they've done that" is a very low standard of evidence for any argument you wish to make, especially when offered without a source or citation of any kind. Try again.
