First of all you should never insult a girl or anyone for that matter, but if you were to insult a girl the worst insult would be to call her FAT! Calling a girl fat is a big NO NO!

I would have to say the C word.. insults are insults and they hurt no matter how big or small they are. Rule of thumb NEVER say something to somebody that you wouldn't want said to you. The worst insult is usually the truth that she doesn't want to accept, for example if she's fat, but doesn't think she is, then saying she's fat would be the worst insult, I don't know for a guy, but a lot seem to be bothered about the size of their winkies.

i think the best way to insult a guy is by making fun of his clothes and stuff and walk around and ask a bunch of girls is this guy cute and let them say no. that is the worst way to insult a guy.

Well most girls don't care for the good old "C" word. But, if you really want to hurt a girl, just call her "fat". That's the absolute worst.
As far as insulting a guy, they're usually thick skinned. Insinuating that they're gay usually works. The madder they get, the more they're trying to hide it.
