ok me and my girlfriend are planning on having sex, know what we r doing and everything even though we r both virgins. i was wanting some advise on how to make it easy on her so it doesnt hurt her as much when i go in the frist time. any help would be great cause i dont want to hurt her at all....

Well, first of all please use protection. I hope she is on birth control. Use a condom too to be on the safe side. (just so you both know in case you didnt already..birth control pills DO NOT protect against STD'S, nor are they 100% effective, so use back up) That said, make sure youre both ready, calm, and relaxed. If she tenses up it will hurt worse. Lots and lots of foreplay(always! thats the fun part for most women) Hugs, kisses...u know...then when youre ready it wouldnt hurt to use extra lubrication, KY jelly or something similar that is compatible with condoms..make sure of that! Then take your time and go slow. ask her how she's feeling and if it's too much for her take a break, and try again in a few minutes...it's going to hurt a little no matter what you do, thats just part of life. It only hurts for a few minutes, and each time you do it she should feel less and less pain until all thats left is pleasure. It only hurts if she has a hymen or if she isn't lubed enough naturally- aka not turned on. She can get the hymen cut painlessly at the gyno and just make sure she's turned on and relaxed.

Assuming you are going to use protection don't forget lubricant! It is going to hurt a little...just don't stop half way...keep going and it will be fine.

go as slow as u can!!!!! if she says stop, stop! it only hurts for a min or two, remind her of that!!!!! it will hurt!!!! unless she wears tampons then it shouldnt hurt that bad. really it depends on if the guys dick if big euough to hurt her!!!
