I want to know that canadians and immigrant can get the same chance to go to school especially university.

you mean someone that emmigrated to Canada? i dont know about universities in canada, but citizens in the US have lower tuition costs etc, and also they are more qualified for scholorships.

An immigrant to Canada is not held back from bettering there situation. The only limitations are in mastering at least on of the two official Canadian languages. Moving to a new country, assimilating the culture, learning the language are daunting tasks but if undertaken there is no other reason an immigrant would be held back in Canada.
