ok me and my girlfriend are planning on having sex, know what we r doing and everything even though we r both virgins. i was wanting some advise on how to make it easy on her so it doesnt hurt her as much when i go in the frist time. any help would be great cause i dont want to hurt her at all....

First of all i want to say.... Listen to everything everybody else said. They are all right!!!! I am speaking from experience. Here are a few other helpful suggestions.
1. Try fingering her first, it helps to loosen up her muscles
2. Put a small pillow under her about the small of her back. It really helps with positioning.
3. And really listen to what she wants, slower, faster, deeper, shallow, and esp. stop! I'm sure you'll do fine. Some guys are just naturals. And the fact that you are concerned about this says a lot about you. Good Luck!

Assuming your old enough and very much in love (of course!).
My advice to you is to make sure she is turned on so she will be wet (it won't be easy for you either if she isn't) ... but it will most likely still hurt. It may hurt you as well (some friends have told me it hurt them their first time).
~ also don't be disapointed if fireworks don't go off... most ppl don't enjoy sex until they REALLY know how to do it.

Go nice and slow with her, and take your time. Kiss her a lot, don't rush her. Remember that it usually gets much better after the first few times. Just enjoy it.
Of course you are using birth control and are both really ready I am sure.

Spend a lot of time being affectionate and making her comfortable first, wait until she says she's ready, go slow, pause and take breaks if she needs to. Best position might be with you on top, so that she can relax her body. Use protection!!!
