why would my electronical mouse not work?

today it was out of control..so i grabed my old roller ball one and it was perfect..no problem

u r missing driver files for ur mouse go to vendor web page for type of model u have download driver's for ur mouse or u could download from microsoft.com in search box type mouse driver's this will fix u up

thats odd, maybe it was not plugged in correctly?
