maybe it's a wrong setting in the browser. check once the settings for downloading. in IE6 go to Tools / Internet Options / Tab Security, click on the button Custom Level and in that menu scroll down til the category "Downloads" and enable file download.

Need more information; that could be any number of problems. What does it say or do when you try to download?

If you are useing XP,..make sure you are listed as an administator, Users are limited to what they can dowload,if anything.If you are listed as an admin. or are using a different program ,..check to see if your firewalls are up ,they may prevent yoiu from dowmloading also.

If you are using a program called windows defender, uninstall it. It doesnt allow income info onto your computer

make sure you don't have "download" blocked
go to perference for that
