English girl on vacation in the U.S. meets man. He told everyone he loves her. Proposed marriage. She gave up everything in U.K. to come here. They married in April of 2006 in Michigan. A month later he leaves her. She has nothing and is afraid to being sent back. Any Suggestions?

she can`t get sent back, if she married him in good faith and not just for green card...he left her..so ...if there are no children, then it should be easy to be out on her own...tell her to enjoy the good ol usa..........

I feel bad for you... You have grounds for either divorce or an anullment... You need to let him go and get on with your life. I wish you the best.... Find a lawyer and see what her options are here and what she should do.... Help her in any way that you can! Can her family help her at all?

DID HE FILE A DIVORCE?? ACCORDING TO THE LAW.. READ THE FINE PRINT IN THE I130 APPLICATION HONEY.. THEY HAVE TO SUPPORT YOU..AND I DON'T THINK HE COULD LEAVE HER IN THAT SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
