and it didn't work. I got a headache, my stomach was growling and felt starved. Don't anorexic go through that as well? How do they surpass that? I usually don't eat for one day and then it backfires cause I overeat the following days. I think i have the disease opposite of anorexia. Man, I wish i was Nicole Richy. She went from chubby to non existent. does she have an eating disorder? what did she do? I tried bulemia too, but thas too much work. You might as well exercise if you're gonna do all that!

Girl, you need counseling. You seriously think that Nicole Richie is looking good. God, why are we made a different species if you don't want any physical attributes for being a women. Believe me, they are rich and people tolerate if she farts, her mouth stinks due to digestive problems, her hair and teeth falls out, it will become a new make over and she will be called dainty if she faints. Can you get away with all that. Seriously, such starvation will have long term impact which you and I can't even comprehend. So eat healthy and don't starve yourself.

Why would you want to be anorexic? That's just plain stupid. Do you have any idea what anorexic and bulemic people have to suffer through after putting themselves through misery for weeks. Sometimes they become so thin to the point where all you see is bones and it is not attractive at all. Anorexia could even lead to death if people don't seek help from a doctor. Learn to like yourself the way you are. If you're not satisfied with your weight, go exercise.

Wanting to learn the proper technique for this is stumping me. Someone else mentioned what "people" with these disorders go through... I am one of those people. You don't want to twist your brain TRYING to be an anorexic. Go on a healthy diet! Or maybe you'd rather end up 33 yrs old with osteoporosis, having to "be careful" not to freaking break your bones because they are so deteriorated. This isn't a joke, I'm living it. I am 5'5" and my "emergency diet" starts when I see anything over 104 on the scales. I have had a lifetime of people telling me I'm not fat but I don't see what they do.

Quit being STUPID! If you were anorexic or bulemic you'd want to cry for help. I suggest you re- evaluate things with yourself.

Personally, I think anorexia is a form of psychosis. Anorexics look in a mirror and see themselves as fat. They truly have a distorted self image, and the self-image is fixed in stone. They can't see themselves as being too skinny, because that contradicts the delusion that they are fat. When people's delusions interfere markedly with their ability to cope with reality, we call them psychotic.
They practice denial. "I'm not hungry, those aren't real hunger pains. I'll just pretend I've eaten."
I know this from personal experience. Wife # 2 became anorexic. It was a total nightmare.
