Yes, I think it should be legal. Lots of reason why. But the most important is why not. I don't see any problems with marijuana...and I think that the reason it is illegal now is because the government cannot figure out how to tax it.

Why should alcohol be legal and marijuana not? I think alcohol is much more dangerous. You never hear of a man smoking a joint & beating his wife & kid, that's more often the abuse of alcohol. And the fact that you can't even grow hemp is just childish.

every thing should be legal,
with tribal law ,if you molest or upset any one the family will kill you
every body will be very polite
and peoples morals should come from with in ,not from a government
and we should be free to do whatever we like including marijuana.
so it should be legal because of democratic principles
no more and no less
the choice for everything is with the individual and so is the responsibility

Either legalize pot along with alcohol or criminalize both. Alcohol is dangerous stuff.
The funny thing is: the media loves alcohol advertising dollars and the public eats it up.

I DO NOT THINK IT SHOULD BE LEAGAL BECAUSE THAT WILL GIVE PEOPLE THE REASON TO COMMIT CRIMES, LIE, CHEAT AND STEAL. TAXES WILL GO UP BECAUSE WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR THREE HOTS AND A COT, WELFARE FOR THEIR KIDS, AND ENDLESS DRAWN OUT COURT CASES. I HOPE THIS HELPS!!.
