when the bully is trying to take the geeks bike away, and pedros cousins drive up and shake their heads no to the bully. the bully then runs away and the geek feels all proud.
whep kip and napoleon are fighting and napoleon rips kips mole off.
when napoleon is doing sign language with the happy hands club in front of the class
napoleons lochness story
napoleon playing with debs sleeves
napoleon on the time machine says "this doesnt work" and uncle rico comes out and says "i coulda told you that"
when pedro and napoleon are hanging the vote for pedro posters in the halls and the music sounds so heroic
when deb comes over to napoleons to show glamour shots photos and kip says your "mom goes to college"

My favorite scene was definitely when Pedro is running for class president and Napoleon dances. But hey, I loooove that movie and I think the whole thing is hilarious.

OMG my favorite movie ON EARTH the chapstick scene where he's like "... can u bring me my chapstick..." EWEWEW i also love wen umm that bully comes up to him and shoves him into the locker then he like kicks his leg up like 5 min. l8r ...*hilarious* but seriously i love the whole frickin movie i walk around and like repaet the scenes it is SOO funny !!! ahhh love it¿!¿!

Napolean is at the door talking to the girl that does the pics(forgot her name) and in the background you hear Kip say "your mom goes to college". That was hilarious!!!
