If you are under 35 the average time for conception is 6 to 8 months. If you are over 35 it is a year.
If it is longer than the times mentioned above...it's best to go see your doctor for a fertility workup..including a semen analysis for your partner.
good luck to you!

There are tons of factors why it takes some females longer. One is data. Our species does no longer gain pregnancy as with no trouble as other species. Only a small percentage of females obtain being pregnant each month. If the percent is 30% and there are one hundred attempting females, the first month 30 will get pregnant, the second month 21 will get pregnant, the 1/3 month 15 will get pregnant. This leaves 34 females nonetheless attempting after three months. Different motives include low sperm count, weak sperm motility, hormonal imbalance, scarred or kinked fallopian tubes, hard egg shell. Some ladies cannot have infants even though it is extra rare in this day and age. Some females are not able to afford the excessive technology wanted to overcome their difficulty. A woman may have a small uterus or no uterus. Some females have something akin to an autoimmune or allergic reaction to the fetus and miscarry.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

First of all you need a guy and youboth need to .............(just kidding). I am sorry i couldnt pass that up. Your issue us a serious issue and you need to staet by visiting your family doctor, actually not you but your boyfriend / husband. He need to be tested. Sometimes its not you but he may have the issue of "shooting blanks". See you doc and the test can be easily done and then go from there. if all comes back fine then the family doctor will refer you to the fertility clinic. (you need to be refered for medical billing and insurance companys referal requirments other wise the bill be sky high.)...........Good luck.......

Honestly I would stop worrying about it so much, just do your normal thing and it will happen. Stress can hinder the process.
