I believe that the best the U.S. can hope for is a draw against Italy, and for that matter, a win is far from guarenteed against Ghana. I actually see the U.S. getting 1 point out of this group.

I dont think they have a chance, i mean they havent won a game since the 1994 world cup so that says a lot.
