Luck has a little to do with it.
Those people actively participate in making their good fortune and their 'luck'.
You and others may think it's easy because 'lucky' people are usually optimism and confident.

It's all about perception. Having a job at a saw mill, may not look appealing to some people, but some people are happy and content with what they have. The more you want, the more miserable you will be, try making short term goals that you can accomplish in a short time, while working toward long term goals. The more short term goals you reach the more confident you will feel and the more blessed you will feel. Remember, God gives us what we need, not what we want, that part is up to us. also remember to make goals based on your self not other people. You can control what you do, other people are not as reliable, people are the variable to the equation that is your life.

I think it is actually their attitude.
Have you noticed that the people that always have the "good" stuff happen to them seem to never look at the negative side of things. They always see the positive and positive then happens.
The people that struggle the most seem to be the one all hung up on how bad everything is and how everyone has ruined their life. They also put too much value on their material stuff.
It goes back to the old adage of surround yourself with the people you want to be. If you do it is funny how it seems to rub off on you and your luck and attitude will change.

Here is the deal. Life really is what you make it. I have so much now but it wasnt alway like that. When I say "so much" I mean it. Big house on a hill, high 6 figure income, awesome family etc. etc. etc.
Now let me tell you the other side of me. I was born broke and in the shitty neighborhood. Fought or ran my way home from school everyday. Same old story they write movies about.
I am not going to tell you that I studied or worked my way out. As a matter of fact it was just the opposite. I just enjoyed life as it came and always kept a look out for the vehicle that would get me to where I always wanted to go.
That vehicle came in the way of...... Taking control of my life. As life threw problems my way I took a step back, without panicin or getting in to a pity pot, and figured out the solution. Once I had the solution figured I went for it. Trust me, dont let any one tell you different, make up your mind and go for it. It works every time.
Quit believing the hype of "it's meant to be" or "know your place" etc etc etc. Just make up yoiur mind and "Git er Done!". Trust me.

I do alot of reading and Psychic Sylvia Brown says that before we came to earth by birth, we mapped out our life to learn about life experiences, how we were going to handle them and how they end up molding our character.
Don't know if it is true or not. As for me, my life has gone through some living hell even on the day I was born but I had a strong faith in the Lord and he always got me through. Know that I am older and got closer to the Lord, it seems like he is guiding my life. Sounds weird and it seems unusual but I have left my life in his hands and he provides. I will give you an example of what I mean. My son is 15 and I knew I would have to buy him a little used car to get around in but I only had $4,000.00 saved for that. I kept looking in the paper and I never found anything. One day my son said, "mom, I am bored". Something in me said go look at cars. So I said, " let's go look around at cars". We ended up at the last car lot and my son found a really nice little sporty car only it was $7,950.00 I told the salesman that was to much and guess what?? He said he would give it to me for $4,000.00. I had it checked out and it is a great little car...

Some of it is chance. Most of it is perception and how you deal with things and life in general. If a person takes challenges in stride, it seems that the issues are less. The bottom line is to not get too excited over life's challenges.

Some folk do seem to have a charmed life but it doesn't mean they are any luckier - the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. But I do believe that you have to get out of your comfort zone to make good things in your life happen!

because some people have an inate ability to make good out of what others see as negative therefore they turn things to their favor even when things seem to be impossible... its all about seeing your own possibilities and nothing to do with luck...the only luck part is having a figure in your life who teaches you that at some point unless your born with it.

People have ups and downs. It's mostly about appearances. I'm not going to say that there aren't "lucky" people out there. For the most part, I think its the appearance they give off; they don't always tell you about their downs.
Charisma could have an effect in the area. People are drawn to charismatics and probably are more willing to help them along their way.
