The same thing happened to me for years. I found out I wasn't eating ENOUGH of the RIGHT foods at the right TIME. I have lost 50lbs (and kept it off) with this simple formula:
1. Eat 6 (no less) SMALL meals a day
2. Reduce sugar, fat and sodium as much as possible.
3. Drink as much water as you can tolerate.
4. Don't drink coffee, fruit juice or soda. Drink water!
5. Reduce or eliminate red meat.
If you do the above you will lose weight and keep it off, with or without exersize, but adding light exersize will help.

When u solve all your emotional problems and career issues and and and.. so basically never.. but the thing is you can decrease the fluctuations by adopting a healthy life style i.e. fitness and healthy eating... but switch to it slowly to avoid high weight loss which will be followed by high weight gain..

See a qualified Hypnotherapist to find out why you gain weight. There is a Part of you that gets a benefit from being overweight. A good CHt (Certified Hypnotherapist) can help you find that Part and negotiate a change. Try it, it works.

Do you consider your weight fluctuations an occasion to celebrate? Why is this in Holidays section???
To your question. From one who has fought the battle of the bulge all my life, not until you stabilize your intake with your output. Simple really...Eat less and move more and keep it up till you stabilize.
Good luck.

When you change your style of eating to a healthy style, instead of dieting. Then you will gradually achieve a healthy weight, although it will be a very gradual process.

basically, if you keep your diet healthy and regular and keep challenging yourself while excercising, you will get to a lower weight and stay there... it is partly from doing the same routine all the time... need to change it up!
