I downloaded and installed on my iBook just fine, but when I download it on my desktop, it won't let me install it, I just keeps going around in circles?

Make sure its the download link for a Mac http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download/version.php
And NO, the Limewire Program is not filled with spyware and Viruses...It's some of the files You download that will have them...so Always, always, always scan evertything you download...I've been using Limewire for over a Year with no viruses, trojans, etc...but my virus scans after downloading some files have caught them before they were installed on my computer...just make sure your security's in place before using it...common sense...

I don't think you can have Limewire on a Mac - I'm probably wrong.
But I recommend you try Acquistion I've got it on my Mac and it's just as good as Limewire

Limewire is bad bad bad,i highly recommend u stay away from it.The problem u r having is the first indication that u are setting up for trouble.

STAY AWAY FROM LIMEWIRE!!!!!! WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!! THAT PLACE ALMOST DESTROYED MY MAC AND YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THAT HAPPEN TO YOU- ITS LOADED WITH VIRUSES BIG TIME!!!!!!!
