Dimebag Darrell was shot dead on stage (as well as a security guard) by a crazed Pantera fan in 2004
Gwar were constantly shocking on stage
As were WASP!!
Pete Doherty has taken Heroin on stage...that's scumy
And of course, the punk Legend GG Allen would regullary start fights with the audience. Incidently, we went to see the legendry grind core band A.C. in Derby and the singer jumped off stage and butted some chick in the audience for looking at him funny! Big fight broke out, it was awesome!!!!!!
Madonna dancing now like she's 25...that's pretty sick!

I just saw the amazing flaming lips!!!!! They started the set by bringing out 20 people dressed up as Santa Claus and 20 people dressed up as aliens with ray guns. Then the lead singer, the wonderful rev. Wayne (whom I am smitten by now) came out in a large plastic bubble and preceded to let himself be crowd surfed. Then after a lovely introduction. They had a sing along rendition of bohemian rhapsody by queen. That was all in the first 10 minutes. I am now and will forever be in love with this group, not just because of they re amazing live performance, but they re wonderful, poetic, symphonic, meaningful music. If any of you have a chance to check them out live. I recommend it, and if anyone in the group should by some chance read this, thank you for the amazing show at Sasquatch, your music has touched my heart and mind thank you namaste!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not really in concert but live on The Word, L7's bass player took her pants off. At live gigs L7 often took out tampons on stage and threw them into the audience!!! Shannon Hoon (i think thats his name!) of Blind Melon issed on the audience at a gig once which he was then arrested for. People used to throw bottles of urine on stage at Faith No More gigs and Mike Pattern would pour them over himself. But I am sureTrent Reznor of NIN once did some thing really wierd, but can't remember what!!

I've heard tell about Perry Farrel during a Jane's Addiction show in the '80's, doing something disgusting with a tampon.
Also, when I was in high school, this friend of mine told me about a band called Liquid ****. Guess what their trademark stunt was?

Dont know who, but some rock band lead singer died on stage due to drug overdose and was later saved, another I heard about was killing of a chicken, I think it's from the same group.

I dunno bout this one but I once heard that Maralin(did I spell that right) Manson killed puppies on stage.... I think think thats probably the sickest but I don't know if it's true.
