I have worn underwear for more than 3 straight days, but only when I was really young because I was at camp and didn't pack enough underwear. Also, I did it when I didn't know how to do the laundry (I think I was 9 years old). Now, if I forget to do the laundry, I just go commando. It's actually cleaner that way.

No but I can share a story..this is a true story..;)
My cousin, when she was about 15, went on a trip to Germany for a week. When she got back from the trip, my aunt opens her bag and she finds this one disgusting underwear (no details it's gross) and about 20 CLEAN never worn underwear. It turns out my cousin wore that ONE throughout the whole trip. EWWW
