The biggest flop since Brian Bosworth and Tony Mandarich - it has to be Ryan Leaf. He was the worst skills wise, personality wise and he is a TOTAL jerk in person. Met him at Chargers training camp one year and I wanted to kill him.
Jeff George would be a close second also.

Tough question. There is a lot of garbage in the NFL. Ryan Leaf and Todd Marijuanavich are very high up there..... Let's not forget "Big Red" Dan McGuire....

A bigger bust that everyone has forgotten, Todd Marinovich. The Raiders 1st pick in the 1991 draft out of USC. Total wacko!
