A perfect relationship is one when both parties are able to make any situation work out and not hate each other afterward. It is a balancing act both parties have to be flexible to the others needs. They also have to be willing to accommodate each other and their likes and dislikes. There has to be love over all things and it cannot be confused with lust. Most people think that lust is love but there is a huge difference.

The relationship has to be stimulating on all levels and not just sexually. This is another huge mistake that people make. They think that because the sex is great the rest will come later.

Just remember YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID! Pick someone that gets you on all levels not just a few.

There is no such thing as a "perfect" relationship because people aren't perfect. I work with very elderly people -- many who have been married for over 50 years. The happiest ones seem to be the ones who accepted that they were imperfect people on a journey together and who found meaning and enjoyment in the details of their lives together.

We you and your guy choose to give and take. And neither one of the two decides they need to take more than they give. And you always protect the love. Never let little arguments affect the love. Have your dispute, get over it and leave it in the past. Make everything you do for him an act of love. And if he can do the same, then you got it made. But if you ever take or give more than the other. Your opening the door to letting a good thing get away from you.

One in which YOU are perfectly content(most of the time),in which you and your partner hold each other in high regard and treat each other with respect(usually), and one that allows for both good communication & fair fighting (face it, it's gonna happen, just fight fair!). Or one in which one or the other dies prematurely...that one will always be perfect, because it never gets dragged through the day-to-day. (That is why deceased lovers are more perfect than the ones you divorced;)

a myth. if you expect perfection, it will seem like a bad one. Evryone fights and disagrees, and likes different things. You just need to remeber that to make it work.
