I Live In Boston. I don't think Boston's Weather is that much worse than NY. Most of the time it is about 5-10 degrees colder. SometiMes, there's no difference. And sometimes NY get more snow than us.
But people talk about Boston weather like it is 50 degree colder than NY's . Get a grip.

My wife thinks she wants to live there, but I won't leave NYC to have worse weather. If I wanted to do that I would move to Chicago not Boston.
Although I love to visit there. In fact I am going tomorrow to celebrate our anniversary.
PS-Lots of folks I know who lived there for a while say it is in some strang way like the South. If you ain't from there you just ain't one of em.
