What is the cheat to get lvl 10 stats in America's Army?

I want a straight answer with this one, i need to know what website i can find the america's army rise of a soldier for xbox live cheats includeing the cheat to max out all stats. For some reason I cant earn anymore points which means i cant raise my stats, i havent even maxed out a whole column of stats! Please send me the hyper link to the website so i can use this cheat to at least fill one column of stats.

Thats impossible you have to do it the long way play the game
no cheating.
