I've never seen them but I'm sure you can find them. You just have to know how to use the search engines like Google and Yahoo!. It takes some practice to find exactly what you're looking for but if you type the words like any other person would you'll get much better results.
As for the actual sites to try I've had good luck with Guitar Tabs Universe. But as for actually playing the song don't rely strictly on the tabs for timing and how to play it. Technical elements also come into play that can't be writen down on paper. And for the timing I'd say listen to the actual song because that's how I learn almost 95% of the songs I can play.
