My kids is with my parents he doesnt pay for anything and he is in the philippines. I support all the needs of my children.we were married in civil rights because my father said i have to marry him.

If you want to be divorced from this man, then yes, you have to file for divorce.

Well, in the us you have the right to be married and no one can force you to love anyone. if this man doesnt love or support you just divorce him and get a new guy that will love you and ur kids and will support all of u...that will help you become much happier.. so just ditch the guy and find and new better one.

You got married, you need a divorce; sorry, there are no fancy ways out. You can ignore it until you ever want to re-marry. As long as you are happy not getting married again, then leave it be.

You do not have to divorce him. You can file abandonment and forget about him.
