Find me a blade sharpener?

I have a 18th century rapier that I got in a bazaar in Kabul,Afghanistan and the blade is dull.Does anyone know of any place in NYC or New Jersey where I can get the blade sharpened.
I plan on taking it with me on my next deployment to SW Asia.

Try any shop that sharpens lawn mower blades, or you can get a knife sharpening stone from the hardware store and do it yourself.
