There are regulations for how a pitch of a driveway can slope, plus you didn't say what car you're driving so I'm going to say it a newer car and you're going too fast into the driveway. If you had a hot rod then the fix would be easy, air bags. Raise and lower the car at the touch of a botton (they're not just for your homie-g low rider piece of crap). Most street rods today have them.

Fix the driveway or get a car with greater clearance. I would be reluctant to mess with the suspension system.

Drill holes under the front ( or rear ) bumper and
bolt on a pair of heay-duty casters, like on market carts.
Doesn't look so great but you'll meet all sorts of folks in parking lots!!!!

if you want something fast and cheap, go to any hardware store and buy a few bags of "coldpatch". its like asphalt but you dont need any special equiptment to put it down. just make sure you compact it down enough. if its going from your driveway to the public street you have to have a pipe running through it so any rain water can flow through it.
