Get involved in something thats bigger than you... volunteer for a civic organizaion that you admire. You will meet people that are more like yourself and you get to do something that benefits more people than just you. Work out, get in the kind of shape that others find attractive. Go to church.

Keep yourself busy with things that dont remind you of her... I'm not talking sexual or anything...If you find yourself bored and have"nothing" to do but think about her...clean...if you dont have anything to clean, empty out a dresser drawer and fold the clothes again... That's what I do and it works everytime...
