definite, yet in reality after he/she has been tortured previous idea. Like reduce off his little thingy at the same time as he's totally wide awake with no longer some thing for discomfort. and then breaking his hands, and legs, and then sticking some thing up his bottom. And if the guy doing the torturing can not imagine of a few thing else to do, then and in reality then he will be positioned to death.

I personally think that a rapist should be raped repeatedly. Violently & horriblely! They wouldn't know when or where it was to happen, but be surprized while he roaming around in jail. The sentences should be longer, and in solitude. I don't think killing them is the answer, but I do think that if it is eye for eye, it should be in all sentencing and not just in murder. These kinds of crimes kill a persons spirit, they should have thier spirit killed everyday so eventually they KNOW that they did wrong. I wouldn't want that job though, would you?

I think that depends on a number of things: First offense? Was it a child? Was it particularly violent? I have no problem killing repeat offenders. I have no problems killing the ones who go after children. Even ones who not only rape women but beat them should die. Better yet...let them live and castrate them. Some cultures cut off your hands for stealing. Stealing something like that from a woman (her self respect, confidence, personal space, digjnity) should be seriously punished.

It'd be dangerous, because many accused of rape are in reality innocent. In fact, most cases of people sentenced to long prison terms who were later reprieved based on evidence that excused them from the crime were supposed rapists.
Some women would accuse a man of raping them for things like not wanting to give them money or leaving them for another woman.

Death is not a justifiable punishment for rape.
How about the whole "eye for an eye" thing, and see how they like being raped in prison?

I do believe the penalty should be stronger than they are. Thats with every crime. If the punishment was more severe, I think they might think twice before they commit the crime.

i think whatever could be done to them to scare them as much as they scare thier victim, and hurts them as much as hurts thier victim, takes away from them the same as was takin by them , is what fits the crime , but if it was a child they raped and they had no mercy then,no one should have mercy on them. the fear a child feels is enough to me to kill the bastard who raped them.
