Yes, I think most of them are beautiful. I like songs about them too, like heart's "dog and butterfly", and Elton Johns song where he sings "butterflies are free to fly away".
Butterflies seem innocent and mystical too me.

Butterflies pollinate more types of plants than hummingbirds.
Many pollinators are dangerously near extinction.
Mostly because loss of habitat and overuse of pesticides.
Without pollinators, most of the plants we need to survive will die out.
The best thing to do is to make a butterfly garden, give pollinators a habitat.

my grand daughter does.. we have some odd flowers that attract them . she even had me post a story under butterflies

I think that they are pretty but I don't like the way they just fly around fluttering everywhere and you never know which way they will go. Kinda like moths, now they really flip me out. My FAVE are DOLPHINS!!!!
