Try an anti histamine like Benadryl, if that does not work in an hour or two go to the Dr's. You could be having a reaction to the sun. Some deoderant soaps leave a residue causing a reaction when exposed to the sun.

Hmmm could it be that maybe you forgot to connect the dots ? haha nah just kiddin . Really it could be from the sun sometimes people get sun blotches or alergic reaction to the suns rays. It could also be something in the ball material itself such as rubber that caused it. I would put some lotion on your arms before playing ball it might help moisten the arms where they won't be so sensitive say may even try some sun blocker on those arms. Then even it happens again or continues happening call and go see a skin doctor , hope you get to feeling better soon and it will stay gone.

It happens to me as well when I play volleyball.. it will dissapear after awhile. It just some blemishes due to the constant banging on that part of your arm.
