Its hard to answer because you are comparing two different things. Stephen King is probably the best author ever. It just so happens that his books are made into movies.
Quentin Tarantino makes damn good movies, but Im not sure if he could write an 800 page novel.
I love them both but I cant compare them!!!

Quentin Tarrantino is definitely a better writer and director. He is a smart man who knows when to keep fans in suspense. I mean, how long has it been since we have seen a more exciting movie than "Kill Bill"? Besides, Stephen King is literally digging his own grave, his last book ''Cell'' was the last straw, I mean cell phones turning average people into man-eating zombies? Give me a break! And the last Stephen King film, barely made a splash on the box office list.

Stephen King... Most definitely. His writing is just, amazing... Very vivid. And, I personally think his view of the world is really twisted and interesting to read. So yeah... Definitely Stephen King.

stephens king writes about horror flicks and his movies are really interesting and keeps you glued to the box, while quentin's movies are always gorry, always blood splatetring everywhere. but he manages to keep it good. so for me, it's quentin.
