Good looks definitely help, but women go to male escorts for women because they want the whole package (and not JUST the package). They want a man who can anticipate their needs and desires and have that ready to go.

I think looks are going to be top of the list. If a woman is hiring an escort, it is to boost her esteem & show off to family & friends so you would also need to be charming & complimentary. Your job would be to make her feel good about herself & make others envy her. I have no idea what the going rate would be as I have never tried it myself.
