Has anyone used Proactiv Solution?

I wanted to know what people thought of Proactiv. My acne isnt bad..i have a few pimples around my chin...so if anyone else knows of any other products for acne/pimples thats good, it would be a great help. Thanks.

i started using Proactiv solution in April and it works real well. u just gotta have like 7 min or so, so u can put all the stuff on.
i wore a lot of cover up and foundations to try and cover up my pimples, u know, i got some once in a while. but now i DON't use my foundations and stuff because my face is clearing up. i just put on some sun screen before i go out, and i'm ready to go. good luck!

The only problem with Proactive Solution is that it is a acne solution for severe acne. You probably shouldn't use it, and I don't recommend it myself, unless you have severe acne. Why? Because, in the first two weeks, it will most worsen your condition, so that your skin will adapt to it, and then heal it up. It's a great product, but for the more severe cases of acne. If you only have a few pimples here and there, I'd suggest Differin Gel. That's what I used and I tell you, it's remarkable. It does what it says. All you need to do is wash your face with something simple, wait until it dries, apply a thin amount of the gel on the affected areas, and then put some sort of moisturizer on it. (Because it may dry your skin up a little bit, but the moisturizer will take care of that) Yes, your skin will have to adapt to it, but withing 2-4 weeks, your skin will look beautiful!

i use proactiv. and have for a little over a year. i used to have real bad acne, but now i have like 3 or 4 pimples over my whole face. its a wonderful product. i highly recommend it.

one of my friends uses netrogena face wash, and her face looks good. and another one uses clean and clear, her face is acne free.
i have used saint ives too and that works good.

it works...but not well enough to pay 40 bucks a box for it. I suggest you try other brands like neutragina before you spend so much on a product like that. If you dont have much acne you might not need something as strong as proactiv.

Yes I have. It works well depending on what type of skin you have. It didn't work wonders for me though. My skin started getting really dry and I noticed the solution would actually bleach my washcloth..... I'd say do it, it never hurts to try. I would say it's for pretty intense acne

I've used it- it works fantastically. I don't have like heavy acne, but in 2 weeks it's all gone. I recommend it.

yes...i used proactive...i didnt like it because it burned my skin. it was kinda irritating...

i used it for awhile but it dried out my face and made it itchy.
